General Manager or equivalent experience is required. This includes extensive operational experience with proven ability to lead and develop small teams, hit goals consistently, and maintain facilities and equipment. A relevant degree may substitute for operational experience.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager in Training is a working manager responsible for learning all aspects of the location to prepare for a General Manager role. They will inspire team members, maximize profitability, and report to a District Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise.
• Satisfy customers by maintaining quality, staffing, and handling feedback.
• Develop management and wash associates through training, coaching, and discipline.
• Maximize location profitability by managing expenses, budgets, and records.
• Ensure operational excellence and safety compliance.
• Attend quarterly operations meetings and comply with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

• Average 40 hours/week, including every other weekend.
• Capable of opening and closing at least once per week.
• Work during peak periods, including Christmas week.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoors in various temperatures. PPE and safety procedures are mandatory.
