Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Operations Manager to join our fast-growing, family-owned tree service. You will become the right hand to the owners, overseeing daily operations, improving systems, coordinating crews, and ensuring customers and office run smoothly.

Responsibilities include scheduling, field coordination, onboarding, payroll support, safety documentation, equipment maintenance, and performance tracking to boost efficiency and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily crew schedules and job assignments
• Ensure crews have the equipment and information needed each day
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and job updates
• Handle last-minute schedule changes due to weather or emergencies
• Track job progress and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Coordinate with field crews throughout the day
• Help onboard new employees
• Track employee hours and assist with payroll preparation
• Maintain safety documentation and certifications
• Help enforce company procedures and standards
• Improve company systems and workflows
• Track equipment maintenance schedules
• Coordinate repairs and inspections for trucks and equipment
• Monitor inventory of tools and materials
• Assist with permitting when necessary
• Ensure customers have an exceptional experience
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Follow up after completed jobs
• Help generate positive online reviews
• Track key performance metrics
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and profitability
• Support the owners with special projects
