Job summary

The Treetop ABA – Arizona is seeking an Operations Manager for our in-home services. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate staff schedules across Arizona, and work closely with families to ensure smooth service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring ABA or behavioral health experience, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to support clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Must live within driving distance to one of our AZ clinics.
• 2+ years of ABA or behavioral health experience.
• 3+ years in scheduling, medical front office, or clinic operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience supporting or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff assignments, schedules, and visit logistics.
• Support clinical and administrative teams with daily tasks.
• Communicate with families to ensure support and timely updates.
• Troubleshoot cancellations, staffing gaps, or onboarding delays.
• Partner with leadership to improve field operations and processes.
• Track service delivery, onboarding tasks, and documentation for compliance.
• Support field trainings and team engagement.
