Job summary

A mechanical contractor and energy management firm is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee various Building Automation projects. Responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting HVAC controls and systems while managing project development. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and have over 10 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and familiarity with AutoCAD and Direct Digital Controls are essential. Salary is commensurate with experience.

• This person will be working on various projects concerning installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, programming, designing for all of the company’s Building Automation/ Building Management System projects.
• Experience with HVAC Controls, and Building Management Systems
• Experience with Direct Digital Controls, AutoCAD, and Visio
• Experience with project development, and execution
• Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors and customers
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Honeywell AX Certification is encouraged
• Qualified individuals will have at least 10+ in the Mechanical Contracting or related field
• Salary is commensurate with years of experience
