Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks an Operations Manager to coordinate day-to-day contractor activities at POTFF sites and oversee staffing for USSOCOM programs. You will manage rosters, credentialing, and data across multiple commands to ensure continuity and compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years in operations or military support, with DoD/USSOCOM experience preferred. Expect a fast-paced, multi-site role with security clearances and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years in operations or program management.
• Experience with large-scale DoD/USSOCOM-like contracts preferred.
• Ability to manage rosters and data under tight timelines.
• Strong organization, communication, and escalation skills.
• Familiar with credentialing and security clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day contractor coordination at assigned sites.
• Track roster status, absences, and workload handoffs.
• Support PMO to manage cost, schedule, and performance.
• Coordinate interviews of candidate personnel with hiring managers.
• Maintain PMT/roster entries to keep credentialing status current.
• Ensure adherence to SOW, security protocols, and reporting standards.
