The role requires a bachelor’s in business administration and 5 years of operations leadership, with strong Excel skills and a proven ability to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of optimizing processes and increasing efficiency.
• Strong understanding of production management, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Experience with inventory control.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, focusing on process improvement, quality control, and productivity optimization.
• Lead production processes, ensure quality standards, safety, and schedules.
• Manage flow of goods and materials, including procurement, warehousing, and production.
• Coach and mentor supervisors and staff; support talent development.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, HLAC, TRSA and maintain a safe workplace.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor laundry processes, equipment, and chemicals; stay current with industry standards.
• Analyze KPI data to identify trends and drive efficiency.
