Job summary

SK Food Group is seeking an Operations Manager for our Cleveland, Tennessee plant. You will lead the Manufacturing team across multiple shifts, driving best practices to control costs and improve financial performance while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and focus on continuous improvement initiatives, associate development, and adherence to USDA standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in USDA inspected facilities is required.
• Lean Manufacturing and SPC skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to the plant across multiple shifts.
• Lead best practices to control costs and improve financial performance.
• Manage teams to deliver consistent performance and predictable results.
• Review performance metrics and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with safety, quality assurance and support functions.
