As a key member of the Trade Support Team, the Manager is responsible for providing supervision and leadership for a team supporting time-sensitive, complex exception-based, and highly specialized processes. The incumbent will hire, onboard, and train new team members, provide coaching, recognition, and development, foster teamwork, and plan for succession. Additionally, this role supports escalated customer service issues, oversees processes, supports new initiatives and process implementations, and maintains accurate procedures and reference materials. The incumbent must understand regulatory and organizational risks, process workflows, dependencies, and work with minimal supervision, addressing escalated questions independently and seeking managerial assistance as needed. The position involves increased risk management through operational reviews, system checks, and adherence to procedures.
