Redmax Events is seeking an experienced operations and logistics leader to strengthen our process, inventory, and project flow for large-scale events. You’ll coordinate carpentry, CNC fabrication, large-format printing, and related logistics as a growing company scales up.
You’ll own SOP development, optimize trucking and warehouse operations, and ensure equipment and materials are tracked and maintained. The role offers growth into broader operations leadership as the team expands.
We build the stuff on display at major sporting events, trade shows, festivals, and brand experiences, the things people point at, take pictures with, talk about, and remember. Our work brings events to life through ideation, fabrication, craftsmanship, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes finding ways to make it happen. The work can move fast, the details matter, and there’s usually one shot to get it right because the event date doesn’t care how your week is going. The people who stick around love the team, the energy, the pace, and all the opportunity to work on creative projects with a young and quickly growing company.
How You’ll Contribute
We’re growing and need someone with experience running operations and logistics to help us get better at how we get things done. You’ll bring more structure to the moving parts behind our custom fabrication projects. Our work involves everything from carpentry and CNC fabrication to large-format printing, with different materials, equipment, and logistics to coordinate. You’ll identify problems, put better processes in place, and keep things running efficiently and cost-effectively to drive smoother jobs and installations, clean and maintained inventory, and operations that stay organized when a lot is happening at once.
