Job summary

Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA is seeking an experienced operations leader to plan, manage, or coordinate the operations of an assigned area within the organization. The role involves guiding work efforts of supervisors and/or individual contributors and making decisions aligned with unit objectives and hospital policies.

Candidates should show a track record as an innovator and change agent with strong communication skills for internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of related work experience inclusive of one (1) year management experience required.
• Demonstrated success as an innovator and change agent and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external community and business partners required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Project management skills, budget and financial background.
