CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance, while fostering customer loyalty and service excellence.

Under supervision of the Store Manager, you will lead a productive store team with initiative and lead by example. Responsibilities include overall store management, staffing, training, financial management and customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
