Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to drive growth and scale our civil construction operations. You will lead field crews, manage scheduling, and coordinate with estimators, vendors, and subs to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will partner with ownership to implement process improvements, build accountability, and develop your team while balancing field presence with office leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Ability to build trust and accountability with long-tenured employees and field teams
• Comfortable balancing office leadership responsibilities with field presence
• Experience improving operational processes and driving efficiency
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
