This independently-owned pharmacy is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation. With new executive leadership in place and a clear vision for the future, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help modernize operations, improve efficiencies, and build scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational activities across the pharmacy

Qualifications

• Operations leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy, manufacturing, distribution, or another highly regulated environment
• Strong process improvement and project management skills
• Experience leading teams through change
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience is a plus
