Job Description

We're seeking a Port Operations Audit Manager to join the team!
In this role, you'll lead certification operations, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure audits are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, audit scheduling, and protocol compliance
  • Manage and support auditors, planners, and certification staff
  • Maintain audit quality, auditor qualifications, and regulatory compliance (ISO 17065)
  • Drive operational improvements, process updates, and team training initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs, audit timelines, and service performance; report metrics to leadership
  • Resolve client issues, manage complaints/appeals, and ensure high satisfaction
  • Support internal/external audits, reporting, and certification program development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of operations or certification management experience
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards, quality systems, and compliance requirements
  • Proven team leadership and performance management skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality, or related field
