About This Role

Ferguson Cleaning is looking for an experienced, hands-on, and highly organised Operations Manager to support the continued growth of our business across Scotland. This is a key leadership role within a fast-growing company. We are looking for someone who can oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams effectively, maintain high service standards, support new contract mobilisations, and help ensure the business continues to grow in a controlled and professional way. This role will suit a proactive and dependable individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, visiting sites, supporting employees, and dealing with operational issues as they arise. Due to the nature of the role and the pace of our growth, the successful candidate must be flexible in their availability and able to provide support across varying days and working hours when required.

Key Responsibilities
