Job summary

Clark's White Glove Delivery is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to lead and grow our Cleveland operation. This hands-on role will own day-to-day warehouse and delivery activities, recruit independent contractors, and foster a strong team culture focused on quality and customer service.

You will partner with leadership to drive growth, improve processes, and expand the market, while coaching staff and delivering measurable results in a fast-growing environment.

We are a fast-growing premium home delivery and logistics company looking for an ambitious Operations Manager to lead and grow our Cleveland operation.

This isn't a large corporate warehouse where you're managing hundreds of employees. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing operation, make a direct impact every day, and help shape what this location becomes over the next several years.

Our Cleveland operation currently runs 3-4 delivery routes daily with a small warehouse team of 2-3 employees, but we're looking for someone who sees opportunity-not limitations. If you're energized by building teams, improving operations, recruiting great people, and growing a business, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
