Clark's White Glove Delivery is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to lead and grow our Cleveland operation. This hands-on role will own day-to-day warehouse and delivery activities, recruit independent contractors, and foster a strong team culture focused on quality and customer service.

You will partner with leadership to drive growth, improve processes, and expand the market, while coaching staff and delivering measurable results in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or home delivery.
• Strong recruiting skills to attract and retain delivery teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation.
• Ability to lead in a growing operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and local delivery team.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard independent delivery contractors.
• Build strong relationships with drivers and create a culture people want to be part of.
• Coach and develop warehouse employees while leading by example.
• Ensure deliveries meet the highest standards for quality and customer service.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and operational KPIs.
• Work closely with corporate leadership to execute growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and expand the business.
• Jump in wherever needed—this is a hands-on leadership role.
