RAYUS Radiology is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Center(s) operations, budgets, and team performance across the assigned Market(s). You will ensure efficient patient care, strong customer service, and effective collaboration with radiologists and leadership teams.

The role requires experience managing teams, budget oversight, and meeting quality metrics while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high engagement across centers.

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Associate degree or higher preferred; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Manage operational aspects of Center(s) in assigned Market(s).
Plan and manage budgets and optimize productivity and costs.
Collaborate with Radiologists and Medical Director to maintain protocols.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient safety at centers.
Engage with referral groups and customer service to drive satisfaction.
Interface with Market Success sales team and marketing for collateral.
Support training and development of team members; conduct performance evaluations.
Lead center planning, budgeting and profitability monitoring.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of running Center(s) in the assigned Market(s). Operational responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, team member management, budget management, working closely with all partners, maintaining relationships with referring groups, and on-going customer service functions. This position is also responsible for meeting the quality and operational goals (i.e., efficiency, productivity, costs) for the Market.

This is a Full-Time position working Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(40%) Center Operations

Remain visible at centers and understands the Center's team member engagement, overall morale and workload
Maintain productive relationships with the Center's customer base in defined market through delivery of extraordinary customer service
Arrange appropriate physician coverage for all contrast and sedation studies
Interface with Radiologists to create and maintain up-to-date protocol manuals for all modalities
Interfaces with Medical Director, SVP, and/or all technical and administrative team members to ensure effective teamwork and efficient Center operations
Administer quality programs and meets or exceeds key quality and productivity measures in patient service, customer (referral) service, clinical programs, and administrative functions
Maintains a safe environment for patients, technologists, radiologists and any other Center team members with the assistance of the Center's safety coordinator
Collaborate with the Market Success sales team, patients, and referring physicians/offices to ensure satisfaction
Attend Market Success sales calls and lunch meetings with the sales team, providing operations knowledge and to act as a resource
Partner with the Marketing department in the development of mailing collateral for the defined Market(s)
Proactively identify and assist in targeting payor relationship opportunities in the Market
Proactively monitor payor referral activity
Ensure compliance with all HIPAA guidelines

(30%) Team Member Management

Manage and assist in the training of new team members and supervisors, providing resource and technical expertise
Manage team member performance evaluations, compensation recommendations and development of team members, including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and/or termination
Lead & schedule regular team meetings and team member one-on-one discussions
Supports and conducts training efforts for continuing education for the technologists and registered nurses
Ensure all technologists are compliant with CEU credits, in good standing with appropriate registries, updated with CPR credits, etc.
Maintain team member retention by implementing effective retention strategies to support high engagement levels and encourage open communication in an emotionally safe environment
Implement strategies to promote teamwork within the Center and with other team members, including management and radiologists

(25%) Center Planning

Plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation
Develop and manage the budget for the Center(s) and recommends financial decisions
Proactively monitor the performance and profitability of services offered
Provide ongoing and timely communication to management and team members regarding Center performance, team performance, events, issues, etc.

(5%) Completes other tasks and projects as assigned

Required:

High School diploma, or equivalent
Associate's degree in a medical, business management, or related relevant and applicable field
Five (5) years' relevant and applicable medical experience
Three (3) years' experience managing a team of direct reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Some travel is required between sites; a reliable means of transportation is required.
Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance, if personally driving a vehicle for company business, regardless of whether it's a company or personal car

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in business management, or a related relevant and applicable field
Two (2) years' marketing and sales experience in a healthcare field
ARRT RT Certification or RN Licensure, current and in good standing
