Description

The Administrative Supervisor/Operations Manager is responsible for human resource, financial, and general operations management for the Center for Nursing Excellence. This role serves as a direct supervisor to administrative staff supporting the website, palliative care, and float/modified duty teams. The Operations Manager provides comprehensive executive-level administrative and analytical support to the Executive Director of The Center for Nursing Excellence, including acting as a liaison between the Executive Director and internal/external parties.

The Operations Manager handles human resource, financial, and data management tasks, including reporting, analysis, and the creation and implementation of cost-effective methods that align with the department and institution's organizational goals. This position also oversees special projects, appreciation events, and develops, analyzes, and reports on tools aimed at improving processes and outcomes for the department and leadership programs.

Salary

$83,800 - $179,400 Annually

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of progressive administrative leadership experience
  • Broad knowledge of organizational processes, protocols, and procedures, with a focus on budget, account, fund management, and personnel management under labor contracts and personnel policies
  • Broad knowledge of financial analysis, reporting techniques, human resources, risk management planning, accounting, and payroll
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and persuade at all staff levels
  • Excellent organization and customer service skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in common computer application programs relevant to the organization
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other locations
  • Proven ability to evaluate complex issues quickly and identify multiple resolution options
  • Demonstrated management and conflict resolution skills to lead and motivate others
