The Operations Manager is a key member of the Store Management team, supporting the company's mission to help people on their path to better health. The role involves driving store execution and performance, fostering customer loyalty through excellent service, and leading by example under the supervision of the Store Manager. The Operations Manager assists in managing store operations, employee development, and customer service.
Note: Unlike the Store Manager in Training, this position is not part of the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program, and Operations Managers are not eligible for direct promotion to Store Manager. Candidates aiming for a Store Manager role should consider applying for Store Manager in Training openings.
Required: Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills, strong communication, leadership, and supervision skills. Ability to work flexible full-time hours, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and respond to urgent issues.
Preferred: Retail management or supervisory experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Full-time position with a pay range of $18.77 - $31.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
