A leading transportation services company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee commuter shuttle services. The role requires managing a multi-level team, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong transportation management experience and be adept at handling daily operations across multiple routes.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our operations supporting commuter shuttle services. The Operations Manager will manage a multi-level team of drivers, supervisors, dispatchers and safety professionals ensuring seamless execution of operations client expectations. The Operations Manager will ensure that all vehicles are operated in a safe, reliable, courteous and timely manner with a high-level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing operations for 10-20 routes and experience working with and presenting to clients.
This is for proposed business and all offers are contingent upon Hallcon's award of the contract.
