Job summary

Mantel Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager for its Fort Collins Biomedical Solutions division. You will drive operations across R&D through manufacturing, coordinating scientific, regulatory, engineering and business teams to move concepts into plans and identify gaps and risks.

The role emphasizes project management, structured execution, and cross-functional leadership to keep complex work moving, with onsite collaboration and a strong focus on quality systems and manufacturing

Qualifications

5-10 years of relevant professional experience in manufacturing, technical operations, product development or a similar role.
3+ years in an operations role with planning, coordinating cross-functional work and driving execution.
Experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

Work across scientific, engineering, regulatory, quality, manufacturing and business teams to drive operating needs across reporting, manufacturing planning, documentation, facilities and other cross-functional initiatives.
Develop understanding of Mantel’s products and objectives, working with scientific and technical teams as products move from R&D toward manufacturing.
Provide leadership with priorities, performance, risks and decisions needed and drive follow-up on actions.
