Job summary

Novartis, Denton, TX, is seeking an Operations Manager for Project Delivery & Manufacturing to lead startup and ramp-up efforts at the new radioligand therapy site. The role focuses on operational readiness, governance, and cross-functional integration to build a high-performing manufacturing organization.

You will drive workforce development, safety, quality, and continuous improvement while coordinating with diverse teams to ensure successful commercial launch and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Military Science, or related discipline.
• 6-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing/operations/engineering/logistics/supply chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs or large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness, startup planning, and commercialization activities for the Denton site.
• Support ramp up of Radioligand Therapy manufacturing site in Denton, TX.
• Drive cross-functional project delivery and governance across site workstreams.
• Build manufacturing capabilities through workforce planning, training, onboarding, and development.
• Lead Manufacturing Operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives.
• Develop high-performing teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish systems and metrics for successful commercial manufacturing operations.
