Marbeliz is seeking a highly organized Shopify Assistant to support the Operations Manager with inventory, order processing, wholesale, and DTC fulfillment. You will work closely with leadership to optimize systems and processes.

You will become proficient in NuOrder, Apparel Magic, and Shopify, managing data across platforms and generating reports. A fast-paced fashion company offers hands-on training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of administrative, operations, retail, e-commerce, or apparel experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new software and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Become highly proficient in NuOrder, Apparel Magic, and Shopify.
• Manage and maintain accurate product, inventory, order, and customer data across platforms.
• Support daily wholesale order processing through NuOrder and inventory management.
• Assist with purchasing, reporting, and production tracking in Apparel Magic.
• Support e-commerce operations, product updates, and order fulfillment in Shopify.
• Generate operational reports and provide data insights to leadership.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive Assistant to support our Operations Manager and help keep the business running efficiently behind the scenes.

Role Overview

As the Shopify Assistant, you will provide critical administrative and operational support across inventory management, order processing, wholesale operations, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment. You will work directly with the Operations Manager to help manage the systems and processes that power our business.

A major focus of this role is learning, mastering, and utilizing our core operational platforms:

• NuOrder – Wholesale order management and B2B sales operations
• Apparel Magic – ERP, inventory management, purchasing, and production tracking
• Shopify – Direct-to-consumer e-commerce operations and order fulfillment

Key Responsibilities Systems & Platform Management (Primary Focus)

• Become highly proficient in NuOrder, Apparel Magic, and Shopify
• Manage and maintain accurate product, inventory, order, and customer data across all platforms
• Support daily wholesale order processing through NuOrder
• Assist with inventory management, purchasing, and reporting through Apparel Magic
• Support e-commerce operations, product updates, and order management through Shopify
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
• Generate operational reports and provide data insights to leadership

Inventory & Order Management

• Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation across all sales channels
• Support order processing for both wholesale and direct-to-consumer customers
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock concerns proactively
• Help ensure order accuracy and on-time fulfillment
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and fulfillment partners
• Track production schedules and delivery timelines
• Assist with purchase orders, inventory receipts, and shipment tracking
• Support quality control and operational compliance initiatives

Operations & Administrative Support

• Support the Operations Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation
• Assist with cross-functional communication and project coordination
• Help identify and implement process improvements to support company growth
• Partner with sales, design, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with special projects and company initiatives as needed
• Support a collaborative and positive team culture

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of administrative, operations, retail, e-commerce, or apparel experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Interest in operational technology, inventory systems, and process optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with Shopify, NuOrder, Apparel Magic, ERP systems, inventory management software, or e-commerce platforms is highly preferred but not required
• Passion for fashion and growing brands is a major advantage
