- Execute new season/product setup on Shopify, including DTC collections, web exclusives, and preorders, ensuring seamless and timely launches.
- Manage the full product catalog across the brand website and marketplaces: extract product data from ERP, upload via Matrixify, and quality-check all imagery, copy, and pricing.
- Conduct weekly product audits to ensure descriptions, photography, inventory, and fit information meet brand standards.
- Partner with Ecommerce production to optimize “shop the look” and cross-recommendation merchandising based on engagement and sales data.
- Oversee general site maintenance, including navigation, homepage updates, IG shop-the-look, About, FAQ, and Customer Service pages.
- Identify and troubleshoot site bugs, while working with development teams to implement new features and optimizations.
- Write engaging, accurate product copy and collaborate with external copywriters on seasonal projects.
- Re-merchandise homepage and collections weekly to keep the site fresh, seasonally relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor GA4, Shopify, and sales/returns data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify trends and inform site strategy.
- Track and analyze return rates by channel and category; develop initiatives to improve product performance and reduce returns.
- Buying & Inventory Management
- Partner with Planning on buying/replenishment order flow across digital and marketplace channels.
- Stay up to date on deliveries, recuts, replenishments, and preorder timelines to ensure accurate product representation online.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to align inventory availability with promotional goals.
- Operations, Logistics & Customer Care
- Co-own Customer Care strategy with Operations, ensuring alignment with CS policies and identifying areas for process improvements.
- Monitor stock, order flow, preorders, and returns across digital/marketplace channels; act as key stakeholder in resolving integration issues.
- Support customer segmentation initiatives and contribute to the omni-channel VIP program.
- Manage omni-channel rollout, creating SOPs and working with retail teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Marketplace & Partnership Growth
- Identify and evaluate new marketplaces and partnership opportunities to expand the brand’s digital footprint.
- Secure organic or paid marketing support from partner platforms.
- Ensure smooth operational flow for drop-ship and marketplace partners, optimizing the customer experience.
- Reporting
- Deliver weekly performance reports, highlighting opportunities and areas of concern for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations on website performance, inventory, and customer experience improvements.
Qualifications:
