We seek an experienced Operations Manager to oversee route performance, safety compliance, and financial results. You will own allocated routes, hire and develop teams, manage scheduling, billing accuracy, labor costs, and fleet safety while driving customer satisfaction and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven operations or field management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing labor costs and productivity.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Weekend availability as business requires.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee route performance, team leadership, safety compliance, and financial results.
