U.S. Bank is seeking a data-focused professional to analyze and transform data for operational needs within the Digital Innovation & Analytics Utility Team.

You will translate business requirements into technical outcomes, support ETL processes, APIs, and data integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency across WCIB Operations. This role emphasizes data, technology, and operations with a strong onboarding program and opportunities to influence business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of direct experience, or 3–5 years of related experience.
  • Experience with data analysis, data transformation, or data operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Location & Schedule
  • 3+ days in office at either St. Paul, MN (West Side Flats), Milwaukee, WI (RiverCenter), or Cincinnati, OH (Lunken Operations Center)
  • Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and not hold any type of Visa.
Basic Qualifications

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $64,855.00 - $76,300.00
