Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for 2nd shift in Fort Wayne, IN. You will oversee day-to-day operations for client accounts, manage supervisors and field staff, and develop staffing plans to ensure coverage and timely delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations management experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience and 2–3 years of management experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with at least 2 years of applicable experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule.
• Experience in janitorial, facilities, restoration, commercial services or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery for assigned client accounts.
• Manage, coach, and support supervisors and field staff.
• Develop and maintain staffing plans to ensure client coverage.

About the Position

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client accounts on 2nd shift.

This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality service while effectively managing supervisors, employees, staffing needs, projects, and daily operations.

The ideal candidate is an organized and dependable leader who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with clients and employees, solve problems quickly, and make sound business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Assist with new business opportunities and support the development of new client accounts.
• Manage and maintain business contracts and account requirements.
• Exercise sound judgment when negotiating and managing business matters.
• Complete required operational paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor staffing, performance, and operational needs and take appropriate action.
• Ensure employees and supervisors follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Work closely with the Vice President of Operations to support company goals and operational initiatives.
