The Patient Equipment Management Solutions (PEMS), Operations Manager 2 will work at Stanford Healthcare in Palo Alto, California. Stanford University Medical Center is a renowned complex including Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children's Health, consistently ranked among the best hospitals in the U.S. and serving as a teaching hospital for Stanford University School of Medicine.

Our Healthcare Patient Equipment Management Solutions teams focus on delivering patient equipment, logistics, and supply chain solutions, while ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up with hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and inspection of transport/patient equipment, logistics, documentation, and reporting
• Driving patient satisfaction scores
• Providing a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
• Collaborating with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
• Managing the Unit Operating System effectively
• Supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce
