• Manage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversite of Clean Harbors/HPC employees.
• Ensure utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized.
• Develop, monitor and measure against operational and financial KPI's.
• Establish processes to measure performance of all personnel to continuously improve performance levels.
• Ensure infrastructure and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and are able to perform well in their jobs.
• Develop and ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

This individual will lead field operations for data center construction , specialty mechanical support, commissioning - mechanical flushing, chemical passivation, water filtration, and industrial cleaning - while ensuring every job is delivered safely, on schedule, and in full compliance to join their team! This individual will be responsible for managing operations at the branch.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related required.
• 5-7 years' relevant experience in one of our lines of business. (Chemical cleaning, Water Filtration and Special Mechanical) Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Ability to travel 50%.
