HPC Industrial powered by Clean Harbors is seeking an Operations Manager to lead field operations for data center construction, mechanical support, and commissioning. You will oversee health and safety, manage equipment and manpower, and drive operational and financial KPIs to ensure safe, on-time, and compliant project delivery.

The role requires 5-7 years of relevant experience in chemical cleaning, water filtration, or special mechanical work, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related required.
• 5-7 years' relevant experience in one of our lines of business (Chemical cleaning, Water Filtration and Special Mechanical) Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Manage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversite of Clean Harbors/HPC employees.
• Ensure utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized.
• Develop, monitor and measure against operational and financial KPI’s.
• Establish processes to measure performance of all personnel to continuously improve performance levels.
• Ensure infrastructure and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and are able to perform well in their jobs.
• Develop and ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

This individual will lead field operations for data center construction, specialty mechanical support, commissioning – mechanical flushing, chemical passivation, water filtration, and industrial cleaning – while ensuring every job is delivered safely, on schedule, and in full compliance.
