Job summary

Adecco is seeking an Operations Manager – Manufacturing in Valencia, PA to lead daily production operations, drive productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This hands-on role oversees Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics, coordinating with leadership to meet goals and customer requirements.

You will manage Production Supervisors, monitor KPIs, optimize flow, and drive cross-functional Lean initiatives while ensuring OSHA and environmental standards compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing production operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience leading and developing supervisors and teams.
• Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, production reporting, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Occasional travel may be required.
