Location: Northern Virginia (on-site)

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 base + bonus

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead day-to-day fabrication and production operations across welding, sheet metal, and CNC machining
• Establish and drive KPIs including on-time delivery, efficiency, throughput, and waste reduction
• Implement lean manufacturing practices within a fabrication and build-to-order environment
• Improve production planning, workflow, and cross-functional execution
• Partner with procurement, logistics, quality, maintenance, and scheduling teams
• Develop supervisors and leads, building accountability and continuous improvement culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven operations leadership experience in fabrication-heavy manufacturing
• Hands-on background with welding, sheet metal, CNC, or complex assemblies
• Track record of implementing KPIs and driving operational performance
• Lean manufacturing experience in low-to-mid volume, high-mix environments
• Comfortable leading change and building structure where it’s needed

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or similar preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.

• Base salary range: $100,000–$150,000 (flexible for exceptional candidates)
• Annual bonus opportunity (typically around 10%)
