Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an senior operations leader to support the Country Director overseeing CBSG operations with MAS-regulated oversight.

The role focuses on implementing policies, risk management, and incident response across key workstreams while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Security. You will build supervision frameworks for trading, staking, and custody, strengthen operational resilience, and drive efficiency at scale through cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Ten plus years in Singapore financial services, capital markets, or operations strategy.
• Five plus years in supervisory capacity within those Singapore financial services domains.
• Experience at a MAS-regulated capital markets dealer supervising crypto, equities, or derivatives trades.
• Proven ability to develop scalable operational processes and drive efficiency.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Clear external communications with minimal review.
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Security on critical operations and risk initiatives.
• Support first-line defense across launch assessments, approvals, staffing, and audit activities.
