Multi Clean in Oklahoma City is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our commercial janitorial accounts and special projects, ensuring service quality and timely delivery while maintaining client trust.

You will coordinate people, priorities, and on-site details, with time in the field and some after-hours work. A background in janitorial services and Spanish are beneficial, but not required.

What You’ll Own

A Typical Shift

You’ll start by checking messages and site updates, then map out priorities for the day—what needs attention now, what can be scheduled, and where a quick visit will prevent a bigger issue later. Expect time in the field moving between locations, short check‑ins with clients, and real-time adjustments when schedules shift.

Some days include walk‑throughs for upcoming work, coordinating after‑hours needs, or confirming details for a construction final clean. You’ll wrap up by closing loops—making sure questions are answered, notes are documented, and the next day is set up to run cleanly.
