Job description

Store - LA-FOOTHILL RANCH, CAL

Lead the operational processes to deliver sales and profits while protecting our assets. Provide a well-merchandised and well-stocked store by leading and supporting inventory management processes. Lead a team of well-trained team members to deliver a customer-centric shopping experience. Deliver friendly customer service.

Major Activities

  1. Assist Store Manager in planning and supporting the scheduling and execution of store workload.
  2. Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
  3. Support and participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure standards are followed and completed within budget.
  4. Achieve KPIs; manage your team to achieve their role KPIs.
  5. Manage visual merchandising standards and execution of feature space and seasonal layouts.
  6. Manage inventory management processes in store.
  7. Manage merchandise operations and Omni-channel processes.
  8. Manage shrink and safety programs.
  9. Train, observe, and coach the team to achieve results; participate in performance management; support Talent Development; utilize leadership competencies for self-development.
  10. Interact with others respectfully; remain positive even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values; serve as a role model.
  11. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  12. Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
  13. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
  14. Assist with Omni-channel processes.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain standing for long periods.
  • Ability to move throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Work Environment

  • Public retail store setting; climate-controlled areas; some outdoor work; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Legal Requirements

Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Total Base Pay Range: $17.50 - $23.00
