Job summary

FlexTek is seeking a Site Leader for a new chemical manufacturing plant in Arkansas. You will own production output, safety performance, cost control, and continuous improvement, with autonomy to build systems and develop people.

This leadership role requires driving operational excellence while coordinating with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and HSEQ to keep the plant running safely and reliably.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 6–10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations across safety, environmental compliance, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Drive production output, on-time shipping, yield optimization, and operating cost targets.
• Build a culture of accountability—policy compliance, operational discipline, and safe work practices across all field personnel.
• Coach supervisors and team leads on incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action.
• Plan and staff operations resources to protect coverage, workforce effectiveness, and continuity.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and HSEQ to keep the plant running safely and reliably.
