Job summary

Evlo AI in Seattle is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to own cross-functional workflow execution, dashboards, and process improvements that keep engineering, product, and GTM teams shipping.

You will turn ambiguous operational problems into documented processes, owned deliverables, and measurable outcomes, designing operating cadences, escalation paths, and Looker/Tableau dashboards to sustain rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of operations, business operations, or program management experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven ability to design, document, and roll out processes across multiple teams with measurable adoption.
• Hands-on with data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Excel/Sheets, Looker, or Tableau).
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets of $1M+.
• Strong project management fundamentals; comfortable running workstreams in Asana, Jira, or Linear.
• Excellent written communication - able to turn messy operational problems into crisp plans and exec-ready summaries.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; Bonus: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or low-code tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Own core operational processes end-to-end - vendor management, procurement, facilities logistics, and internal tooling administration (Okta, Slack, Jira, Notion)
• Design and document standard operating procedures, replacing tribal knowledge with clear, auditable workflows
• Run cross-functional programs from kickoff to delivery, managing timelines, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communication
• Build and maintain operational dashboards in Looker or Tableau to track spend, cycle times, and SLA adherence
• Identify bottlenecks through data analysis and process observation; propose and implement fixes with quantified impact
• Manage operational budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and drive cost-optimization initiatives Serve as escalation point for operational incidents, running postmortems and implementing preventive controls
