About The Role
The role owns the operational backbone of a fast-growing technology organization: the workflows, systems, and cross-functional coordination that keep engineering, product, and go-to-market teams executing at pace.
You will translate ambiguous business needs into reliable processes, drive operational projects from kickoff to measurable outcome, and give leadership clear visibility into what is working, what is blocked, and what needs to change.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve core operating processes — headcount planning, procurement, vendor onboarding, and facilities coordination — documenting SOPs in tools like Notion or Confluence
- Run cross-functional projects end-to-end, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across engineering, finance, and people teams
- Build and maintain operational dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets to track KPIs such as burn rate, headcount growth, and process cycle times
- Manage the operations tool stack (Okta, Expensify, Rippling, or similar), administering access controls and driving adoption of new systems
- Partner with finance on budget planning and forecasting, tracking spend against targets and flagging variances early
- Design and execute quarterly business reviews, board reporting, and leadership syncs with clean, decision-ready materials
- Identify and remove operational bottlenecks, shipping process improvements with quantified impact on time and cost
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of operations, program management, or business operations experience, ideally at a high-growth technology company
- Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills; experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or SQL a strong plus
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects from scoping through measurable delivery
- Experience managing operational systems (HRIS, procurement, expense, identity tooling) and evaluating vendors
- Exceptional written communication; able to distill messy problems into clear docs and executive summaries
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience at a startup scaling from Series B to C, familiarity with OKR planning cycles, or exposure to corporate finance and FP&A workflows
