About The Role
The role owns the operational backbone of a fast-scaling technology organization: the workflows, systems, and cross-functional coordination that keep engineering, product, and go-to-market teams executing without friction.
The impact is direct - better processes compound daily. The team measures success in faster cycle times, fewer dropped handoffs, and leadership decisions backed by clean operational data rather than anecdote.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve core operational processes across onboarding, procurement, vendor management, and internal tooling administration
- Drive cross-functional projects from scoping through completion, managing timelines, owners, dependencies, and stakeholder communication in tools like Asana, Jira, or Notion
- Build and maintain operational dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets to track KPIs, surface bottlenecks, and report weekly to leadership
- Design and document standard operating procedures, ensuring process changes are rolled out cleanly and adopted across teams
- Manage budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts for operational tooling and services, negotiating renewals and flagging cost inefficiencies
- Partner with people, finance, and engineering leads to plan headcount, office logistics, and resource allocation for upcoming quarters
- Anticipate operational risks and elevate blockers early, proposing concrete solutions rather than status updates
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of operations, program, or project management experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment
- Proven track record of designing and shipping process improvements with measurable impact on efficiency or cost
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable building models and reports in spreadsheets and BI tools (SQL is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with project management and workflow tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, Airtable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including distilling messy operational issues into clear executive summaries
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience scaling operations through hypergrowth (2x+ headcount), PMP or similar certification, or exposure to procurement/FP&A processes
