Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Healthcare, Behavioral Health, or related field).
• 2-3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or leadership (healthcare/ABA preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, staff management, or multi-site operations a plus.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems (CentralReach experience preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow alignment.
• Provide onsite leadership, coaching, and performance support for technicians.
• Manage new client intake, assessment scheduling, and service coordination.
• Maintain active client schedules, utilization, and master schedule templates.
• Conduct weekly audits in CentralReach to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage clinic inventory, budget tracking, and monthly expense alignment.
• Lead quarterly team meetings and serve as primary liaison with the Director of Operations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, credentialing timelines, and new hire readiness.
• Deliver weekly business reports and prepare Weekly Business Review updates.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, safety protocols, and building upkeep.

Early Autism Services is a national provider of high-quality ABA therapy, committed to supporting children with autism and their families. We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and provide onsite leadership at our Richmond, VA clinic.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing clinic operations, staff scheduling, new client onboarding, systems oversight, and ensuring a positive, organized, and compliant clinic environment. This role partners closely with the Director of Operations and Lead BCBA to support both operational and clinical excellence.
