Job summary

AUX Partners in the United States is seeking a motivated operations builder to own the post-sale journey, drive project delivery, field execution, and ongoing customer care.

You will lead both office and field teams, set KPIs, coach managers and technicians, plan and schedule projects, and scale operations for future growth.

This role is for a builder. A leader who wants to shape an operation, develop people, and deliver a customer experience that stands out.

You’ll own the entire post‑sale journey — project delivery, field execution, service response, and ongoing customer care. You’ll lead both office and field teams, drive accountability, and make sure execution stays sharp as the company grows.

You’ll be responsible for:
