Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation is seeking an Operations Manager for our Pocatello, ID service center. This role leads a team of drivers, supervisors, and sales staff to ensure timely, damage-free freight movement and daily operational success.

You will plan manpower, coordinate with dispatch across multiple service centers, and adjust routes and bids based on local trends. The position offers strong growth opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Previous LTL dock experience
• Flexible hours
