Charlotte Extraction Labs LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to help build systems, processes, and a team for a rapidly growing manufacturer in Gaston County. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys balancing strategic work with hands-on execution while pursuing a leadership track.

The role covers inventory, procurement, vendors, systems, quality coordination, reporting, and operational execution, offering direct access to executive leadership and meaningful ownership

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials are available
• Track orders and follow up proactively
