Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics.
• Experience building structure and improving processes in a growing organization.
• ERP systems proficiency and strong reporting skills.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage POs and purchasing workflows.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are available.
• Track orders and follow up proactively.
• Support supplier performance and relationship management.
• Maintain inventories of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
