Job summary

Leakproof Piping System Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

This role is responsible for monitoring operational performance, improving workflows, resolving operational issues, and ensuring alignment with company goals and policies. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, project coordination, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or team management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve operational challenges, and drive accountability across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, performance tracking, or process improvement initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflows and alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align priorities, schedules, resources, and operational goals.
• Monitor operational performance, track progress, and follow up with responsible teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational procedures, workflows, and management practices.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with department managers and team leaders to establish priorities, resolve issues, and improve team performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare operational reports, and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Lead or facilitate regular operational meetings to review progress, address issues, and establish action plans.
• Support management in operational planning, resource allocation, and other business initiatives.
