Bowhead Family of Companies in Patuxent River, MD seeks a Manager / Operations Manager to provide overall program and operational oversight for a DoD contract. You will lead contract execution, interface with government authorities, and ensure resources and schedules align with regulatory requirements. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI eligibility are required for the role.

Bowhead is seeking a Manager / Operations Manager for an upcoming effort in Patuxent River, MD. The Manager / Operations Manager will serve as the overall lead and administrator for the contracted effort, providing program and operational oversight while serving as the primary point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program-related matters. This position will oversee contract execution, manage program resources, and ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Department of Defense acquisition regulations.

Physical Demands

Target salary is $ 150,000 - $190,000 commensurate with experience.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret level with SCI eligibilty. US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret clearance at this location.
