PCI Municipal Services is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise and optimize the performance of multiple site operations in coordination with the General Manager.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and decisiveness to resolve issues, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain high standards in parking, security, and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple PCI Municipal Services site operations with the General Manager.
• Supervise direct reporting managers, supervisors and location staff.
• Ensure tasks are performed efficiently and to required standards.
• Ensure proper procedures for parking, security, cash control and customer service are followed.
• Monitor facilities maintenance and cleanliness per policy.
• Review daily cashier reports to ensure timely sales totals.
• Track and assign responsibility for damage claims.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Position Overview:The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple PCI Municipal Services site operations, in partnership with the General Manager. The Operations Manager will ensure that employees are performing their job functions in an efficient manner and provide the highest level of customer services to our clients.Essential Job Functions:Follow protocol for corporate administrative procedures and apply disciplinary action related to the employee’s performance.Supervise direct reporting managers, supervisors, and location employees to ensure complaints, disagreements, or misunderstandings regarding rates or services are resolved diplomatically.Supervise the quality of work for all employees to ensure all work tasks and assignments are performed efficiently, effectively, and as required.Ensure proper parking, security, cash control, and customer service procedures are being followed by employees.Monitor maintenance of the facilities to ensure that they are cleaned and maintained according to company policies and procedures.Monitor office audits of daily cashier reports to ensure that sales totals are reported and recorded on time.Monitor and review all damage claims to assign responsibility for damages.Additional tasks as needed.Skills and Attributes:Excellent communication skillsHands-on team player and managerAbility to work independentlyAbility to make sound decisions and utilize good judgment.Ability to de-escalate situationsRequirements:Qualified candidates must be professional and have excellent verbal and written communication.(3-5) years of management experience is preferredBasic computer knowledge, i.e. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.Use of a calculator and general mathematical skills required.(3) years of Parking experience is preferred
