Job summary

Kalypso Offshore Energy, LLC is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of offshore subsea cable operations, onshore and on the quayside. • Proven hands-on experience in offshore marine operations, ideally subsea cable installation, maintenance, or repair.
• Strong quayside and vessel-based operational background, comfortable working on deck and at the waterfront.
• Practical knowledge of cable-handling equipment, deck spreads, and marine mobilizations.
• Sound understanding of offshore HSE practices and safe systems of work.
• Valid offshore certifications (e.g. BOSIET/OPITO, offshore medical) or willingness to obtain them.
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead crews and coordinate contractors on site.
• Excellent coordination and communication across office, quayside, and offshore teams.

Requirements
