Job Description

• Responsible for managing third‑party delivery and catering platforms such as DoorDash, UberEats, ezCater.
• Responsible for platform operations and advertising management, including store menus, pricing, and campaigns, to improve exposure, conversion rate, ad efficiency, and store quality ratings.
• Responsible for data analysis on third‑party platforms and building KPI frameworks.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure strategy implementation and improve user experience.
• Responsible for process optimization and system integration.

Job Requirements

• Experience working with DoorDash delivery platform preferred.
• Strong understanding of data and proficiency in SQL.
